Mr. Siddhartha Moravekar is Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of Panoramic Universal Ltd. He is a business graduate and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from USA. He was inducted on the Board of the Company in April, 2003.
He is also a member of Share Transfer cum Investors' Grievance Committee of the Company. He does not hold any shares of the Company. He also holds directorship in two other Public Limited companies of the Panoramic Group viz. Panoramic Tour and Travels Ltd. and Sri Vatsa Hotels Limited. At a young age he has experience in the field of Business Management and has traveled in India and abroad and has a knowledge of hospitality business.
